To install the watch face

1. After install run 'Re-sync app' on Android Wear App.

2. Long press your android wear watch and choose "Digital Interactive Watch Face" as your watch face, or select the watch face using the Android Wear app.

3. Please Enable "Location" or "GPS" in Phone To get Weather Info, Make Sure You Have a Active internet Connection

4. Check on Manual Weather Location in Companion App Settings To Set Your Manual Weather Location.

✔I recommend a bit of patience .
