The DNB mobile app gives you access to our mobile services. Easy and convenient when you are on the go.

You may check your account balance without having to log on. On your Samsung Gear (Smartwatch) you may check the same information, but this requires bluetooth on your mobile phone. Our app also give you access to the mobile bank and Text banking services. Other useful services are a currency calculator, a map with our offices and ATMs, share bill with friends and a receipt archive.

You can be confident that DNB respects your privacy by protecting personal data, online traffic data and communications on our mobile services. General terms and Protection of personal privacy safeguard this and helps you understand how DNB uses and protects information you furnish when using our mobile applications and websites.

We need certain authorisations and information about you and your mobile phone so that you can enjoy all the benefits in this app:

a. Your profile information: name, email and telephone number are stored locally on your mobile. The app does not send this information to DNB’s systems.

b. Geographic positioning and location information: used for the function Map in the app. The data is used ‘then and there’. This data is not stored. The app does not send location and positioning information to DNB’s systems.

c. SMS services and Bill Share: uses list with your private contacts. The app does not send your contacts to DNB’s systems.

d. Contact us (Customer service, Facebook and postings in blogs): the username and passwords you have for email accounts and merchants where you have informed about these. DNB does not store the information after completed searches or use such information for any other purpose.

e. Give feedback via the app: Dialogue via ordinary email between you and DNB.

f. Receipts: has access to the camera on your mobile. The app does not send your photos to DNB’s systems.

g. Mobile bank: has cookies that simplify the login procedure. DNB remembers which method you used the last time you logged in.

h. Balance and transactions: an encrypted connection between your mobile and the bank’s systems so that you can see your account balances, latest transactions and the number of eFaktura (e-invoices) to be paid without logging in to the mobile bank. With Samsung Gear (smart watch) you can see the same information. The secure connection between your mobile and the watch requires that bluetooth is switched on to transmit the information on your Samsung Gear. The connection is only working when the two items are not too far from each other. The range is the same as for bluetooth (45 meters).

f. Ontvangsten: heeft toegang tot de camera op je mobiel. De app is niet uw foto's te sturen naar systemen van DNB.

g. Mobile bank: heeft cookies die de login-procedure te vereenvoudigen. DNB onthoudt welke methode je de laatste keer dat je ingelogd gebruikt.

h. Balans en transacties: een versleutelde verbinding tussen uw mobiele telefoon en de systemen van de bank, zodat u uw account saldi, recente transacties kunnen zien en het aantal eFaktura (e-facturen) te worden betaald, zonder in te loggen op de mobiele bank. Met Samsung Gear (slimme horloge) kunt u dezelfde informatie te zien. De beveiligde verbinding tussen uw mobiele telefoon en het horloge vereist dat bluetooth is ingeschakeld om de informatie op uw Samsung Gear te zenden. De verbinding werkt alleen wanneer de twee punten niet te ver van elkaar. Het bereik is hetzelfde als voor bluetooth (45 meter).
